From July 14–17, the HUMANITA Summer School brought students and young professionals to Campus Villach and the Karawanken–Karavanke UNESCO Global Geopark for an immersive, hands-on training.
With fieldwork, innovative tools like drones and visitor counters, and cross-border collaboration, participants gained the skills to keep our protected areas resilient, accessible, and sustainably managed.
